3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location and courier rates.
4. Tracking
Tracking information will be shared once the order is shipped.
5. Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Delivery Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volume
- Courier issues
- The customer not answering delivery calls
We will assist in following up with the courier when needed.
7. Returned Shipments
If the order is returned due to refusal or non-delivery, the customer may be responsible for the shipping fees unless the issue was from our side.
